Why we exist
Most last-mile fleets still plan the day by hand. Routes for dozens of vehicles are drafted in a spreadsheet, pushed to drivers over WhatsApp, and replanned by phone when the day goes sideways. Fuel and driver hours dominate the cost of every drop — and once a van leaves the depot, nobody can see it.
Rotasal replaces that with one system from dispatch desk to doorstep: dispatchers upload the day’s orders and get optimized, driver-ready routes from a native optimization core built in Rust; drivers get an app that keeps working in dead zones; every customer gets a live tracking link. Road graphs and traffic patterns are already modelled for twelve cities across Türkiye, Europe and the United States — Istanbul, our largest market, among them.

Measured, not promised
Every claim can be checked on your own orders. Rotasal runs the optimizer against a human-dispatch baseline, cost line by cost line — and if the savings aren’t real, you’ll see that too.
Your data stays yours
Self-hosted maps and models, an on-premises option, and customer data that is never shared, sold, or used to train models. GDPR and KVKK by design.
Boring on purpose
Deterministic, reproducible solves; layered fallbacks so a failed solve degrades safely instead of hanging; a driver app that survives dead zones. A 5 a.m. dispatch desk has no room for surprises.
